Investment Team
The investment team is the largest department within the firm. Our investment activities represent our only business and the team’s only focus. This singularity in purpose allows our team of research professionals to execute our investment strategy unencumbered by many of the challenges faced by larger, multifaceted investment firms.
The performance oriented team structure we employ enables our analysts to work collaboratively across economic sectors and throughout the market cap spectrum. The team is intentionally diverse by industry experience, education and training. We believe the collection of individualized research contributes more to portfolio return than does “group think”. This framework is at the root of our research capability and helps us view opportunities in ways that a more traditional structure might not permit.
